Culture Moves Europe: 114 residencies selected
More than €1.8 million in grants for the selected 114 projects in the second call for residency hosts, among them 6 from Slovenia. Artists, join match-making sessions with host organisations that will be organised online on 5 April and 12 April.
114 cultural organisations have been selected in the second call for residency hosts that closed on 16 January 2024. The total estimated grant is more than €1.8 million with individual grant per project depending on its duration (between 22 and 299 days) and the number of invited artists.
Selected projects plan to host 449 artists and cultural professionals coming from different Creative Europe countries, who will be selected in the second phase of the procedure. Among selected residency hosts, 6 are from Slovenia: KUD Mreža, cultural artistic association, Beletrina Academic Press, International Centre of Graphic Arts (MGLC), Center ROG, Institute ELIAS 2069 and Društvo humanistov Goriške.

Match-making sessions coming up in April
Selected hosts have until 15 June to confirm the names of artists they are inviting, and the first projects might start already beginning of April.
