Kersnikova Institute is a non-profit and non-governmental cultural organisation. Due to its strong programme focus marked on the maps of the most interesting international centres dealing with contemporary investigative arts, science and cuttingedge technologies. For more than 20 years, the Društvo 2 koluta has been organising the Animateka International Animated Film Festival.
