The event will be held online on Wednesday, 3. 12. 2024 from 11:00 until 13:00 and is open to public and private media and news organisations interested in the Creative Europe – Cross-sectoral strand News Partnerships call.

The event will be held in English.

Each selected organisation with a project idea will have 5 minutes to present their project and 2-3 minutes for Q&A with the audience.

You are welcome to present your project or attend the event as an observer also for the purpose of networking. Registration for the event is compulsory.

• Please register your project (with the aim of presenting it) by 27 November at 18:00 (CET) HERE.
• If you wish to attend the event as an observer only, you can register until 10 December at 18:00 (CET) HERE.

The event is organised by the Creative Europe Desks of Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden in cooperation with the European Commission and the Executive Agency (EACEA).

About the call

The Creative Europe call for journalism partnerships comprises of two strands:

• NEWS Journalism Partnerships – Pluralism, CREA-CROSS-2025-JOURPART-PLURALISM
• NEWS Journalism Partnerships – Collaborations, CREA-CROSS-2025-JOURPART-COLLABORATIONS

The deadline for submission of applications is 27 February 2025 at 17:00 (CET).
