The project proposal addresses the importance of embodying emerging technologies as artificial intelligence within the Cultural heritage represents an incredible meeting point for collaboration of the cultural and creative sectors. Its’ value lays in the storytelling potential they offer. The project proposal will address the challenge imposed for the European CCSs to undertake their digital transition and at the same time the challenge to engaged the audience in line of their interests and their changing behavior (especially millennials and GenZ), which are in search for unique experiences.

The objective of the project Talking Heads is to foster the digital transformation of the cultural heritage locations and boosting their attractiveness through innovative cooperation on the intersection of the culture, creativity and emerging technology. With Talking Heads, as innovative digital platform and mobile app, the cultural heritage locations (museums, galleries, archeological parks, cities etc.) will be enabled to create unique cultural experiences for the audience to be engaged in meaningful first person audio dialogues with selected sculptures, portrait paintings and statues in their posset. The mobile app will motivate the audience to start an interactive dialogue with the artworks by asking questions of interest and will provide unique ways to explore, educate and entertain at cultural heritage locations, offering a dynamic and interactive journey into history.

By utilizing cutting edge technologies, integrate AI and machine learning algorithms to include historical information, cultural significance, and contextual details, the platform will simulate realistic and contextually relevant responses for the audience. The target groups are: cultural institutions (museums, galleries, archeological parks etc.), cities and creative organizations. The audiences are: visitors (especially young millennials and GenZ), tourist and travelers, technology enthusiasts etc.
