Provides support for the cultural and creative organisations pursuing cross-border activities in Europe. It ensures the financial support for cooperation projects, literary translations, European platforms, and network activities.

Who can participate?
The applicants (project leaders) and partners can be public or private organisations, active in the cultural and creative sectors, which have existed as a legal entity for at least two years and are registered in the country taking part in the (sub)programme. Individuals are not eligible for support.
Where to look for additional information?
The Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) is in charge of the preparation of the calls, selection of projects, informing the beneficiaries, as well as concluding project financing agreements, financial accounting, project monitoring and supervision.
